1941 Willys 6.6L Duramax BATMOBILE

Holy Cow Batman a Power Duramax Diesel.  This built diesel drag car is tearing up the track with is custom Batmobile look! The truck/car is a 1941 Willys with a 6.6L Duramax diesel engine under the hood and a full Batmobile body. Not only is this thing eye-catching to look at but it's running some blazing fast times on the track.  During the NHRDA spring nationals, they manage to run 177 MPH in the 1/4 mile!

ATS Diesel 3000 Aurora Turbo

ATS Diesel Performance 3000 Aurora The Aurora 3000 is a quick spooling turbo charger that is great for all around performance on your 03+ Dodge 5.9L Cummins. The 58mm inducer on the turbo is a very nimble and highly responsive unit. Safe for stock engines and stock components, towing and daily driving become much easier due to the turbo doing more work, instead of relying on the engine with a restrictive factory turbo. The increase air volume will utilize all fuel injected into the cylinder creating a more complete and efficient combustion event. This will result in lower EGTs, better throttle response, and a more efficient/useable torque curve. Toxic Diesel Performance ATS Diesel Performance

ATS Diesel Exhaust Pulse Flow Duramax Manifolds

ATS Diesel 6.6L Pulse Flow 2001-2004 Duramax ATS Pulse Flow Exhaust Manifolds for the 2001 to 2004 6.6L Duramax offer far less restriction than stock manifolds and up-pipes. Channel areas were increased dramatically resulting in a 26% increase in airflow. Not only will the Pulse Flow manifolds improve performance, they are a leap forward on reliability. Cast out of High Silica Moly, these manifolds have the ability to run through more heat cycles (lifetimes worth) without fatigue, cracking, or warping.  6.6L Duramax Diesel Exhaust Manifolds   With each exhaust port inlet to the manifold, the main chamber continuously gets bigger, allowing for the added volume, but also to keep thermal velocity up as well. The expansion of the exhaust gasses through the manifold and up-pipe is what drives the turbine side of the turbo charger. The faster you can keep the velocity of the gas, the easier it is to spool the turbocharger. Thermal barriers play a part in this as we...

EZ Lynk Duramax 6.6L Diesel Tuning

GDP Tuning Diesel Performance  The AutoAgent connects to the vehicles via the OBDII-port and broadcasts a Wi-Fi access point (AP) which allows a wireless connection to the vehicle using any iOS device (Android support coming soon – will also support the inexpensive Android monitors). By launching the free EZ LYNK application on an iOS device, engine data is seamlessly streamed to the phone or other smart devices. The AutoAgent also has the capability to reflash vehicle system controllers with ECU profiles shared by technicians. EZ Lynk Technicians will quickly learn to appreciate the EZ LYNK Cloud where they can easily manage customers/vehicles and all the data associated with them (datalogs, engine profiles, vehicles information). Transferring engine profiles via USB connection, SD card or e-mail are now a thing of the past as technicians have the capability to share engine profiles with the click of a button to completely eliminate user-error from the equation. Duramax 150gph FASS Fuel Systems

Duramax FASS Titanium Series Fuel Lift Pump Its hard to imagine that your Duramax didn't come from the factory with a low pressure lift pump, but its true. It was determined that the CP3 injection pump did an adequate job on its own. Well, if "adequate" is good enough for you, then maybe it is. However, in stock form, and especially with the addition of even a mild programmer, performance gains are severely limited due to the lack of a lift pump. Cure this issue with the addition of a FASS lift pump.  FASS Fuel Systems  Toxic Diesel Performance Fass Fuel Pumps

Industrial Injection 5.9L Cummins Race Heads

The Industrial Injection 5.9L Cummins Race Heads are designed for the racer / sled puller in mind. Fully CNC ported heads complete ready to bolt on. Heads are first jet washed in a high pressure spray cabinet to remove oil and dirt, then glass beaded to remove carbon. Next they are checked by magnafluxing, (cast iron only) or pressure testing. They are visually inspected for defects that would make them unusable. Valve guides and seats are removed as needed for porting. Port development is accomplished using a superflow 600 flow bench with a computer recording all flow measurements. Many things are considered when designing a cylinder head Port; air flow is only one of the things to think about. Another major concern is port wall thickness. Anyone can get a head to produce high flow numbers, but if doing so leaves the port wall to thin the casting will crack. High performance Diesel heads are more prone to crack because of the thermal shock experienced by excessive in...
